You will have to travel to Louisiana to enjoy the most expensive dessert in the world. The Strawberries Arnaud dessert combines vanilla ice cream, strawberries, wine, cream, spices, mint and port into one delicious dish. Created at Arnaud’s Restaurant in New Orleans, this dessert costs $1.4 million. The enormous price tag is the result of the exclusive 4.7-carat diamond ring that is used to decorate the top of the strawberries. The ring, which belonged to Sir Ernest Cassel, features a large pink diamond. Waiters in white gloves will serve you port wine from the Charles X Crystal Cave Liqueur collection as you have your strawberries and ice cream. The restaurant also provides a jazz ensemble for you to enjoy while you eat your Strawberries Arnaud.
